AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Classes fill fast so don't delay! We use Popsicle as the registration platform for PTO sponsored After School Classes.
If you have never reigstered your child for a VHE After School Class, please follow the instructions below to create an account and add your child/ren to your account. If you already have an account, please be sure to update your child/ren's grade, teacher and other information. We need this information to confirm registration.
Here is how to do it in 3 easy steps:
Go to the Parent Portal.
Create an account and add your child(ren)
At the beginning of each year, you will need to revise your child/ren's
teacher and grade level, secondary/emergency contact, and any changes
in allergies/special needs info as necessary.
- Note any of the following in the Allergies/Special Needs section: allergies/medical needs, special accommodations requested, the name of anyone other than a parent/guardian who will pick up your child, and any other pertinent information.
The phone number provided should be a number where a parent/guardian can be reached in the event of an emergency or last minute cancellation.
REVIEW ALL POLICIES. Upon registering, you agree to all VHE PTO After School Classes policies.
If paying by credit card, input card information as instructed.
If you wish to pay by cash or check, enter CASH/CHECK in the code area and select Apply Coupon. Submit check/cash in an envelope marked PTO After School Class via backpack mail or in the PTO mailbox in the Staff Lounge (Rm 130). Checks must be received before the class start date in order for your child to attend class. NO exceptions.
If you wish to request a scholarship, please indicate that when registering and enter "FullScholarship" or "HalfScholarship" in the code area, then select Apply Coupon.

Registration will not be considered final until payment is received or a scholarship/payment plan has been arranged.
