After School Program at Van Hise

 

As MMSD begins the phased reopening for students in grades K-2, Wisconsin Youth Company (WYC) will be adapting their programs to meet the needs of working families.  WYC provides on site after school care at Van Hise for Van Hise students in grades K - 5.

 

Key dates:

• All Virtual School Day programs in elementary schools will end Thursday, February 25. 

• Beginning on Monday, March 8, children in grades 3-5 who are currently attending WYC Virtual School Day programs can attend programs at Spring Harbor or Wright Middle Schools. Families have been asked to notify the WYC offices with the location they choose by Tuesday, February 23.  

 

Beginning Monday, March 8, children in kindergarten can attend After School programs Tuesday-Friday with a full-day option on Monday. Program will begin the following week for grades 1-2. Children planning to attend After School will need to register for this program with WYC. Register here 

 

WYC Program Hours: 

Monday: 8am-4:30pm 

Tuesday-Friday: 2:47-5:45pm 

 

Note: Registration is available for 4-day/week option (Tuesday-Friday) or 5-day/week option (Monday-Friday). Partial schedules are not available in order to keep consistent groups of children together.
